While we’re working our magic, we’ll explain what we’re doing and why in plain English. We want to help you better understand anything you’re having trouble with. We love to teach if you want to learn, and we have no desire to keep secrets to make ourselves more “valuable.” Knowledge is power, but we prefer democracy to dictatorship.

Windows users, we have got you covered too, but the amount of issues a Windows PC can have might mean we aren’t able to do as much as we can for Mac users. We will do our best to make you a satisfied customer, regardless of what platform you choose.

Your On-Site Mac Tuneup Includes:

• Run a full set of system diagnostics to make sure that all of your hardware and software is running correctly.

• Repair any system disc issues. These can make your computer act strangely, work or slowly, or even cause your computer to crash or lose data.

• Download and Install any free updates for all software you have installed, including Mac OS X, Apple updates, Applications, and printer/scanner/peripheral driver updates.

• Install current Internet software, including the latest versions of web browsers, email clients, and internet plug-ins, to make your Mac work optimially with as many internet services and web sites as possible.

• Install emergency system utilities to help in case of a serious OS crash.**

• Remove old installers and updaters, duplicate applications and files, and other unneeded data to free up more room on your hard drive.

• Optimize your documents and files so you can find them more easily.

* Price listed includes travel to and from your location within 20 miles of our business in South Charleston. Beyond 20 miles, add $5 for every 10 miles (one way only.)

** Software installs typically are demo versions if commercial or free if open source. We use only the best and most affordable software solutions for the task at hand, and demo software may be purchased after trial if you like what it does for your system.
